Katie, the person behind CautiousCreative, has always been fascinated by the ability an image has to ignite emotion and move people to action. There is something powerful about being able to capture a moment of life in a single photograph. This content is a result of challenging herself to do something with the hundreds of moments she had captured that were just sitting in folders on her hard drive.
She is passionate about the use of visual imagery in the church as a way to express and facilitate an environment for worship. God the Creator is the master artist and He has placed in us the ability to create. Katie believes that art in the church should reflect the greatness of God and His story.
At the end of the day, Katie’s heart is for people...relationships always win. She has a desire to encourage the artistic community in the Church as together we strive to echo God’s glory through visual expressions of worship.
